"We really enjoyed our time here and appreciated the experience so much. There was some confusion about what we were supposed to do sometimes, and we thought dinner and breakfast were served in our room but we needed to go elsewhere. It was private dining at least. Also wish we'd had futons set out for all of us. The room was meant to be for 6 and had 2 beds. "This place was a dream, I had a big room with a beautiful bathtub and the whole place was bliss. The staff spoke great English and were very kind. The Taiwanese breakfast was delicious. I had a massage here which was one the best I have ever had. The location is so convenient for shops, kenrokuen gardens and the the art museum. I would love to come and stay again "
