"Parking was offsite and we didnt know that we could go around back to unload luggage then go park so we walked quite a bit with all of our luggage. Check-in was easy but super crowded with foreigners. They put all the amenities next to the frontdesk and that area gets very crowded which blocks access the lobby and the elevator. I was pinned in the corner by foreigners for sometime because of this setup. Recommend it be moved. The room was large and had a proper king bed that was midly comfortable. The breakfast was overpriced so we opted to go to the market down the street instead. Checkout was much easier knowing we could park behind the hotel for a few. "

"We got a twin room with no view and we were not told the man public bath was not avaliable until late at night. I have to go back to the front desk to ask what's going on. TV screen shown a Japanese message regarding the situation but force to click "confirm" or "同意". Front desk staff 田中 explained but no compensation or rememdy except waiting. Asking me how long my stay kind of unrelated question. It was fixed late in the evening but the handling of such was not professional. One of the reasons I picked this hotel was its public onsen."

"The in-room washer and dryer were incredibly convenient and made our stay much easier especially for a multi-day trip. The staff were outstanding: friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The breakfast, however, was a bit underwhelming. The selection was fairly limited and didn’t offer much variety compared to what you might expect from a hotel of this level. That said, it wasn’t a major issue for us, as the rest of the experience more than made up for it. Overall, a very comfortable and well-run hotel with excellent service, and I would definitely stay here again."

"The room was very comfortable, and had adequate space, though one bed was pushed against the wall. Lots of helpful amenities. There were various refreshments in the lounge through out the day, which was nice. The onsen is small, but fully equipped. My only complaint was that there was a very bright light on a motion sensor in the entryway, and there was no way to turn it off. If you got up in the night to use the sink or toilet it came on blinding you (and anyone else) in the room. We found a creative solution, but there should be a way to turn the motion sensor off. "
