ソーシャルディスタンスが充分にとれるよう、レストランのテーブル配置や衝立で仕切りがなされていて、安心して利用できました。プライバシーもディスタンスも守られ、お風呂も広々しているので、脱衣も洗い場も浴槽も安心して過ごせました。

露天風呂の気持ち良いホテル

市内から１０分程で着く高台に建つホテルです。駐車場も広く、玄関でのお出迎えも気持ちの良いものでした。ロビーも解放感があり松本市内を見渡せる景観は素晴らしいです。景観なしの部屋でしたが特に気になることはありませんでした。全体的に満足できる滞在でしたが、特に温泉は素晴らしかったです。展望風呂は男女入替え制で松本市内の眺望が楽しめる半露天風呂で気持ち良いのですが、それよりも庭園風呂は綺麗に清掃されており露天風呂は長く入っていられる程湯温も程よくリラックス効果は抜群でした。内風呂はとても広く、2つの湯ぶねで温度の違う造りとなっておりこれもまた良かったです。温泉に入ってのんびりするのにはお勧めです。泊まった日は生憎の天気でしたが、お天気の良い晴れた日は星空が楽しめるのではないでしょうか。是非また訪れたいホテルです。

A One Time Experience.

Ok cool place, not cheap. But be prepared, this is a really local Japanese hotel. Almost no one speaks English behind the desk. The rooms are Japanese Rooms with Tatami, the Onsen's are beautiful and the key feature of the hotel. It's quite luxurious by Japanese standards but recognise you will probably be the only foreigners in the entire hotel. But a warning as they they played tricky in the booking. Booked two months in advance, non-smoking, city view. 24 hours before the booking they contacted me to say they had no non-smoking rooms so downgraded my a room with no view, and no toilet. Oh and if I wanted to upgrade, they offered to double what I was paying. Not cool, not acceptable. Thanks to Hotels.com and several panic emails we got sorted but this I found very scary way of managing. Was it because it was easier frustrate the foreigners then the locals? Having no one to speak English made it more a challenge. Thanks Hotels.com. You saved the day. So yes once we got there some things sorted out and found a nice staff member that helped, but be prepared this is a really local experience and don't expect the western sensibilities. It's a local culture, local way, and so it has its cool adventure side as well as its hiccups.

Fantastic location with a great view over the city of Matsumoto. The Onsens are wonderful, spacious and modern. Definitively worth booking a private onsen. Breakfast buffet has a broad set of choices of Japanese and western dishes. Staff is very friendly and speaks English.

食事の時のボイラーの音が気味悪かったけど、我慢できる範囲。部屋は、安い部屋にしたから狭かった。食事のときの担当の方の接客がとてもよかった。今度は、部屋をグレードアップしてまた泊まりたい！

心地よい滞在のできる旅館でした。

夜遅く到着したのにも関わらず、丁寧に対応してくださいました。 朝食の種類も豊富で美味しかったです。お部屋に持って帰れる珈琲サービスの心遣いが嬉しかったです。 お風呂の終了時間が24時と聞いていたのですが、23時に閉まるお風呂もあり、そこには入れず残念でした（男女入れ替えの展望風呂で、翌朝彼は入れました）。

景色を見ながら足湯につかれたり、温泉の種類が多く、楽しめます。朝食が美味しかったです。しかし、露天風呂の１つが虫風呂になっていて不快でした。あそこまで虫が浮いているお風呂は初めてです。(網ですぐ取れるレベルではない)2度入って2度とも虫がすごかったので、スタッフの方が定期的に取られた方がいいと思います。

翔峰酒店坐落在松本市的半山位置，站在大堂外的觀景臺能飽覽整個松本市及雪山，非常美麗！ 房間內的設施齊備，但佈置可說是一般。 酒店內設兩個免費溫泉會館，各有特色，一個能飽覽松本市，一個在園林內，浸泡在其中，非常舒適！ 如果有機會再遊松本市，必定住這間溫泉酒店。

This hotel was an excellent stay. Beautiful views of Matsumoto and the mountains, amazing open air bathes and amazingly friendly staff. Dinner was very good and breakfast was also great. Wish we had stayed longer!

Nice onsen and lovely staff. The in-room onsen is smaller than I expected but the public one is nice. Women's one has two indoor pools and two outdoor. Room comes with half board (set dinner and buffet breakfast).
