This was a wonderful place to stay. The location was perfect as it is close to both Matera Central public transportation and the main Matera town attractions. The hosts were accomodating with our last minute booking and gave a warm welcome. We would stay again.

Very nice room, friendly staff, well equipped, even with a small café and tea area for self service. The city is easy to reach on foot in a few minutes. Unfortunately I only had one night, but the accomodation would definitely have been a good place to stay for several days.

The property itself was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. however, the amenities were not as advertised on Expedia when we booked. There is no on site Parking, no Laundry facilities, and no paid Breakfast as advertised, so be aware if that is what you need when you book.

We had a wonderful stay here in Matera. Check in was super easy, the rooms were very nice, very clean, and the shower was great! I appreciate that they don’t use harsh products on the sheets or anything because some places really do. Not here! The location is great, just steps from the main square which is incredibly lovely. Parking was really easy in a nearby underground parking that is reserved for hotel and apartment guests, about a 4 minute stroll from the apartment. Cheap at 20 for 24 hours, and if you fold that into the low cost of the rooms, it’s not worth hunting elsewhere for that. Our rooms had lovely small balconies over the street. The rooms are not exactly as pictured on Expedia, they are nicer! Just book ‘em! 😀

Sistemazione a due passi dai Sassi (a piedi circa 10-15 minuti). Le camere, ordinate e pulite, sono molto confortevoli. Accoglienza ottima, gentile e cordiale. La colazione in camera, abbondante (a pagamento), completa l'opera. Consigliato.

camera comoda e completa di tutti i servizi. affittacamere sprovvisto di parcheggio privato ma se ne trovano abbastanza facilmente nelle vicinanze. il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile a dare ogni tipo di consiglio. la struttura si trova veramente a pochi passi dai meravigliosi sassi. niente male
