"The rooftop balcony was unique and nice. The gym needs an upgrade. When we arrived, it was a smell in the lobby. The front desk assistant with long red hair is not friendly. The air conditioner was not working well in the room and was unable to be managed by the guests. As per my family members who purchased the breakfast plan said it did not taste good and limited options, therefore, we did not purchase it. The hotel is close to the Metro buses and trains which was great!"

"Wonderful location! Walking distance to Eiffel Tower. Metro is right outside. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Only downside - the metro is right outside so you can hear and feel the rumble. Did not bother us but may be an issue for a light sleeper. We would go back and stay there again."

"The room was extremely hot, I asked to be moved to another room, they said they were full, we can´t sleep sweating all night. Air conditioning is not working at all, next day after insisting as my wife is pregnant we were moved to anothe room a bit better, but still air conditioning almost not working. Besides is not cheap I paid over $500 for 2 nights expecting Ibis is a good hotel. Don´t go to this hotel in summer they do not have air conditioning at all"

"The room was very clean and well appointed - lots of plug ins. The bedding was exceptional and very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was great. The front staff was very helpful and all spoke English. The food on the breakfast buffet could see some improvement & the tables needed to be cleaned faster."

"The room was very clean and welcoming. The room was very good smelling and the hallway had a very, very pleasing and welcoming smell. It smelled very fresh. The staff were very professional in checking us in and very efficient and very very professional. It’s a very family, friendly hotel and our room was extremely clean upon check-in and housekeeping is every day and done really well. If I had to rate this hotel, I would rate it 10 stars."

"Really cute hotel and a welcome oasis from the heat wave. The AC in the room was phenomenal and made for a very comfortable stay. I opted in for breakfast buffet, was delicious and would opt in again. Restaurant down the street called Garçon that I’m still dreaming about. Stayed 4 nights and would absolutely come back."

"We stayed in Paris for a couple of days. Amir was very helpful and assisted with all enquiries, as well as advising us the best places to go. Breakfast was good, service was a little slow but the croissants were very nice. Our first room had aircon problems, reception was very quick in changing our room. Our room was very big and comfortable for all of us- had everything we needed. The pool was very nice and soothing after long days in the heat, as well as travel being very easy as it was right...
