"The hotel has everything I needed. The staff was friendly and professional. Conveniently located, close to public transportation, Restaurants, coffee shops etc. And the hotel amenities are great also, specially the conference Room and work Stations"

"Clean hotel; air was infused with essential oils fragrance. Check-in was looonnng. Rooms not ready and not on same floor. Lady at front desk a little too bossy yelling at us future guests as we try to check in. Other workers were nice. Valet was only 1 guy, but he also took care of storing our luggage. Rooms are very noisy from frequent outdoor elevated train, hallway noise from people talking. Turn on all the fans to mute the sounds.Hot breakfast was good with eggs, bacon, juices. Faster to ask for more towels at front desk than wait for them to bring it to our room."

"The hotel was very clean. Staff was nice. There is no elevator for those that can’t do stairs. However the stairs are small enough that it is not difficult I wish that they had soap that was bigger than a dime and even a box of tissue wouid be nice. "

"Our experience was there was a lot of yelling screaming from young adults outside my room door. They may be there for college break? Or some concert going that Saturday night. "

"Small room and it’s a bit noisy in that area but you are really close to the Mag mile. Lots of shopping around the area and walking distance to most places. Couldn’t get waited on in the restaurant so we left and ate elsewhere. "
