The lodging was decent. The front dest was helpful but I could not log into the wifi. There was no visible prompt for a password. The man at the front desk said to call the technology number but there was no answer.

1st room wasn't cleaned properly, had hair all n the bathroom. 2nd room was much better. Then the fire alarm went off 4 a couple hrs n my kids n i were disturbed. Wasn't a very good stay

The room/hotel I remember booking online and the one I experienced in person felt different. If the photos were more accurate I probably would have chosen a different location. It is an older hotel and some of the room finishes need some help. IE: the bathroom door had a hole in it where I assume a towel holder was, and the finish is coming off of the door. Some of the other room finishes seemed like they needed attention. I did also pull off a sheet as there seemed to be a stain, although the sheet was washed. However, the staff was friendly and ironically the mattress/sleep was the best I have ever had at a hotel.

Convenient for Tinley Park Concerts. Only down fall is they won’t check u in until 2:40 at the earliest! Parking lot was empty and lobby attendant still said rooms aren’t ready until 2:40 at earliest, come back later didn’t offer us a place to park and to check our bags. He just sat at a table in the lobby on his cell phone turning reservation customers away!

The experience was great. This location is good, that's it, that's all. You need to sleep after a long drive, you're in the right place. Don't expect fancy! This ain't that. Nice Continental breakfast and delicious coffee. Staff professional and friendly! Walking access to several restaurants in the area or by vehicle. Quiet, comfy, cozy. Hope this review helps
