Nice business hotel
A bit dated, but good business hotel near the Fukuoka International Convention Centre. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. I am fluent in Japanese so I did not need to use English, but I heard them all speak English very well.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff.
There’s no ocidental breakfast available, only Asian. Good size of the bedroom for a japense standards, but very small bathroom. Rooms are bit outdated.

This hotel is very clean and the services are exceptionally good. I chose it because I was competing in the World Masters Swimming Championship which was just two blocks away. It provides everything you need for a short stay. Space is limited, but it has everything. Facilities and conditions are comparable to the Marriott Courtyard in America. But it has better services and far better breakfast.

シングルルームの風呂が狭いので大柄の方は不向きに思えました。
朝食のサービスは、利用者さん方がかなり喜ばれてました。
立地環境は、徒歩でサンパレス、マリンメッセに行けますのでかなり良好でお勧めできます。

空港から30分と近く、近隣施設(マリンメッセ福岡、福岡国際展示場など)が徒歩10分と近いのでその施設を利用の際は非常に便利です。
部屋の中は綺麗ですが、洗面台が部屋の中にあったり、風呂場も湯船がなくシャワーのみの点に注意です。湯船に浸かりたい場合は徒歩6分で行ける「波葉の湯」をご利用下さい。食事もできます。

酒店房間簡陋，離鐵路站和商場頗遠，但價錢相對昂貴，由於當天急忙找住宿地方，很多其他酒店已經爆滿，故沒有太多選擇。
結論是性價比低
好的地方是有免費早餐，員工服務也不錯。
