"The breakfast was delicious! The rooms are very outdated. Shower very small and rusted. Would not recommend this hotel."

"Positives: The view is beautiful and the bed was big. Breakfast was okay—nothing special, but fine. At least we had a roof over our heads. Now the negatives: walls are paper thin—you’ll hear everything, including your neighbor’s bathroom habits. The hair dryer is useless—works for one minute, then needs a break. Air conditioning didn’t work, so expect to sleep in a stuffy, hot room. Staff had zero service mind unless they were trying to sell us dinner at their restaurant. Housekeeping didn’t...

"A bit dirty, too many steps to get there."

"Wonderful safe location. Very helpful host!"

"Habitacion limpia. Buena ubicación la estacionada lejos"

"The staff help make this a great place to stay: from the shuttle drivers, to the front desk, breakfast and dining staff, bartenders- everyone was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is wonderful with lots of options, the pool and the view are… unbeatable and we had dinner there one night and it was great. The late checkout (noon!!!) helped get us a relaxed start to the next part of our journey and the reliability of the hotel’s shuttle stands in for the need for taxis. We had a pleasant...

"The most beautiful hotel with walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the marina for easy transport. We will back!"

"This is a nice hotel but not a 4 star hotel. The room is simple and clean but not luxury. There is only shampoo, no conditioner, you have to pay for ice to be brought to the room. The pool area is nice, but again, not luxury. We had a junior suite corner room on the 3rd floor with breakfast and it was $4300 for 5 nights. Breakfast had sparkling wine! The staff are very nice and super helpful."

"Localização perfeita, ótimo cafe da manhã e limpeza dos quartos ."

"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The location was beautiful, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything was clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the atmosphere and the beautiful views. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and we would be happy to stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was an easy walk to shopping, eating, and excursions. I felt safe walking the streets."

"This was a lovely spot: very safe & clean with terrific location. We traveled as group of 3 females from USA. Spacious rooms w ample towels, mini fridge, & very kind staff. Restaurant ok. AC cool but not as cold as I would prefer, so we brought a fan."

"Really nice quiet location near Sant'Agata. Shuttle was nice and made the location away from Sorrento not an issue at all..staff were so helpful we had a great stay"
