Lovely property, fantastic communication from the owner. Very convenient location with restaurants very close by. And nothing was far away. I would recommend :) the communication was via WhatsApp which was helpful too.

Wonderful View!!

Grand Marina is an old fishing village in Sorrento. It is beautiful and also still a working port where fisherman unload at night sometimes right in front of your table. This room overlooks the marina. It also has a very comfortable memory foam mattress. Please note there are 55 stairs to this room. To get to the main part of the town of Sorrento you need to walk 15 minutes uphill. We still loved being by the beach and we did an ocean kayaking trip that was fun!

Be aware there are four flights of stairs to walk up. It is not an easy climb. The headboard is dirty & peeling & it transfered onto our clothes, skin & hair. The cover on the bed is very pilled & poor quality. Beautiful location over looking the sea.

Beautiful view! Terrible steps!

Very difficult to find when driving a car. Address with reservation is not correct. Beautiful location once you find it. Lots of options for seafood. Very comfortable bed! Shower was VERY small. Worst part was the 55 steep stairs to get in/out of the room to the ground.

Clean, easy, good location

A great, clean place right on the quiet harbor (in winter). We were texted clear instructions for parking and arrival. Very responsive host, though off-site. Not a ton of privacy because of thin walls, but that's ok. Parking was free though we had to walk about 5 mins. Overall, a good stay.

There were many many stairs. No one on property to assist you. Very moldy walls, bathroom shower and a/c had terrible mold. The A/C did not work. When the owner contacted said he’d be by tomorrow which we were gone. Never compensated our stay. All he was interested in was getting paid. We felt he just considered it normal until the next poor person.

EXTREMELY false advertising. Must be fake photos. a common area patio with chairs, sofas, etc outside - did not exist a restaurant that you could sit at - did not exist in the bathroom - a makeup mirror - was broken off and wasn’t there so it did not exist bidet - did not exist bar - did not exist air conditioning - the heater was broken so the hot air did not come out. said there was a picnic area - there was absolutely not. The stairs did not have handrails - only at the very top apartment - the rest of the stairs did not Place is very misleading - had to walk up at least 5 flights of stairs. at night the entrance is not lit and there are no lights you can turn on, so it is very hard to see. the place was dirty - could tell they didn’t clean very well. in the bathroom - the toothbrush holder had dirt in it, as well as beard trimmings. The inside of the shower - you could tell the rim of the shower was not cleaned very well. before we even took a shower, there was water stains on the shower. and some other dirt details in the shower. the towels - were disgusting. We received towels with stains on them. they didn’t look cleaned. they are white towels - at least use bleach? they had weird red stains as well as dirt looking stains. we did ask for a new set of towels, which they brought the same day - although the towels they brought were not clean either and had several mysterious stains/dirt marks on them.

Absolutely amazing stay! Perfect location with a wonderful view. Will definitely be going back. Agostino, the host, was extremely helpful and had wonderful recommendations around the city. He is incredibly responsive as well. 10/10 would recommend.

Clean accommodation with a beautiful view

Agostino contacted me before the trip to tell me he'd meet us at the accommodation. He asked to message when we were nearby so he'd be there waiting for us. Agostino gave us directions where to find the accommodation which was helpful. The room was perfect. A great size, clean and an amazing view! The view was better than my expectation. Agostino also gave us coffee pods to use in the coffee machine in the common area where there was a few tables and chairs. Overall this accommodation was perfect for our needs in a quiet and beautiful area of sorrento. It would not suit someone who can't manage stairs as there is many. Agostino was a very approachable and helpful host, recommending nearby restaurants. We'd happily stay here again.

Quanto ao processo de checkin e apartamento tudo parecia OK. No ato que fomos tomar banho, o chuveiroNÃO FUNCIONAVA. Acionamos o Agostino(anfitrião) para nos resolver o problema, o mesmo demorou cerca de 2hrs para retornar e ver o que estava ocorrendo. No chuveiro saiam poucas gotas de água e extremamente geladas. O mesmo desmontou o chuveiro e tentou por cerca de 40 minutos resolver o problema,SEM SUCESSO. Agostino então nos disse: "se quiserem tomar banho, utilizem a duchinha"-o fato é de que a duchinha era fixa na altura da cintura, tornando impossível o ato do banho, a não ser que ficássemos sentados no chão do banheiro. Então, nós o informamos ao anfitrião que devido à tal impossibilidade do banho estaríamos saindo de sua estadia e que solicitaríamos o reembolso por conta disso. Naquele momento ligamos e fizemos o procedimento com a hoteis.com, que ligou na mesma hora para o anfitrião, este que saiu de perto de nós alegando falta de sinal celular naquele local. Quando o mesmo voltou, nos afirmou que tudo estava resolvido e que poderíamos ir. Para nossa surpresa, quando ligamos no hoteis.com posteriormente para checar nosso reembolso, descobrimos que o anfitrião se negou a fazer o reembolso de nosso dinheiro, DESONESTO. Por mais 2x tentamos junto à hoteis.com nosso reembolso, SEM SUCESSO! NÃO INDICO em HIPÓTESE ALGUMA esse B&B e seu ANFITRIÃO QUE É UM VERDADEIRO MALANDRO e DESONESTO, por sua vez a hoteis.com NÃO GARANTIU O DIREITO DE REEMBOLSO PARA o cliente.

Ceci n’est pas un hôtel, c’est un appartement sans service et sans commodité. Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur de sorte que ce n’est vraiment pas facile dans les escaliers étroits et très inégaux de monter et descendre avec les bagages. Il n’y a pas personne quand on a besoin de quelque chose ou d’informations. Et si on réussit à rejoindre le responsable par téléphone, il nous répond qu’il ne peut pas nous aider car il est trop occupé.
