Wonderful home away from home. It was a short walk to the waterfront and some nice restaurants. And it wasn't too far of a walk to the main touristy part of town. But it was far enough away to be quiet.

One of the towels they gave us had fecal matter stains. When I shared this with the owner, they replied: "Don't worry". The air conditioner was showing an error message, it was only working as a fan. When we shared this with the owner we got no reply. The property was quite hot during the night, making it difficult to sleep. The location is great, close to the beach and easily accessible by bus from and to the train station. You have a great selection of restaurants nearby and you're from walking distance to the city center if you don't mind the stairs.

It was a little hard to find the house but the owner did provide a short video upon arrival of how to get there. Checkin was via WhatsApp and while it was a little hard to get in touch with the owner to say we were there and to get the code for the door, we did get in just fine. It was very close to Sorrento Beach which was an adorable area. Also very walkable to the Port and shopping area of Sorrento. Only complaint was the shower water pressure was little more than a trickle. Beautiful newly renovated bathroom tho! Also the apartment attached to us had zero sound proofing and I had the pleasure of listening to someone vomiting both mornings and nights. No fault of the rented room but just part of my experience.

The place was nice and big. Unfortunately the night I arrived, there was hair throughout the property, including on the floors, bathroom surfaces, towels, and bed sheets. The towels and sheets were visibly unclean, with hair and stains present, and they did not smell like they had been washed. I contacted the property multiple times to report the issue. The towels and sheets were eventually replaced with clean ones at about 5:45pm the following day, meaning the first night I didn't use the towels and slept in full clothing to avoid touching the dirty sheets. When I requested a refund due to the condition of the property and the delay in fixing the problem, Expedia attempted to contact the host multiple times but received no reply. This was a disappointing and unhygienic experience, particularly given that clean linens are a basic expectation of any accommodation.

Beware!!! Do not book this place. Unfortunately this was the worst property we booked on our Italy trip. First of all, the AC had an error message reading “H6”, meaning that the internal fan isn’t working, therefore we had no AC inside the home for the entirety of our stay. We mentioned this to the landlord and he said that we just had to turn the fan on but despite the fan being on, there was definitely no AC working at all. I noticed a previous reviewer mentioned this recently too. I asked the landlord again about the AC and he said he sent someone over but they didn’t provide an update nor fix the AC. So it was always hot and muggy inside. Second, there’s a clump of hair by the shower head. And finally, there are cockroaches and ants (lots of ants outside the front door too). The place is quite spacious and the bathroom is spacious too but the lack of cleanliness and amenities working was disappointing. Manager did not respond to a partial refund.

la struttura e molto carina, comoda non lontana dal centro, abbiamo lasciata l auto in giardino e siamo andati in centro a piedi .Siamo stati bene solo che in inverno non c'era un bar per poter fare colazione per noi e stato un disagio, ma tutto sommato e da consigliare specie in estate che e a pochi passi dal mare.
