"We had a lovely stay and were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The apartment was larger than expected and very clean. The bedsheets and towels were spotless and fresh. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful and went beyond the expected to help us. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen felt newly updated and clean. "The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very nice- particularly breakfast which was freshly cooked. The room was a bit tired but clean and the shower was very nice. It was quiet and in a really good location to visit Kew Gardens which were an easy 10 minute walk away. I felt the stay was very good value for money. "

Iron had burnt stuff all over it so if you are thinking of staying here I would bring your own iron. Staff weren’t very quick at responding to requests and I had to chase it up multiple times "
