"Used as a migrant hotel. There were people literally everywhere and the general lobby smelt horrendous. The room was very small and unclean. I didn't use the bar. Many better places around for a similar price."

"The breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly and very helpful. We didn’t need to park, except to be picked up and dropped off, but there wasn’t a lot of space to park. The rooms were very clean. There were a couple of minor inconsistencies with the replacement of amenities by housekeeping, but nothing worth mentioning. The only problem with our room was that we could hear people walking back and forth in the room above us, (the dining area, I think) one night quite late. "

"Honestly this hotel was soo amazing could not give a single fault from the minute you walk in to the minute you leave the staff are so welcoming and so nice, and it just smelt very nice when you walk in and through out the whole hotel might I add. we got early check it witch was a bonus and our room was so so clean and spotless I would definitely recommend and if I ever stay in London again I will be choosing this hotel thank you "

"I only have one fault with the rooms and that was lack of plug sockets. With today’s technology needing charging with 2 in a room it was a struggle. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, breakfast was good with plenty of choice although admittedly the hot food needed to be a lot hotter. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Would definitely use again "

"The location is great, and the service is good. However, the furniture is quite old. The beds are already deformed, and I can feel the springs. All the lounge chairs and sofas are missing foam. I had to sit in the corner because the seats are too deep and don’t support my bottom or back. The place really needs some updates. "

"The room was great but of course very different from the US. No ice machines, fridges and you have to unlock every door to each hallway to get to your room. Other than that it was fine"
