"The property was amazing. It was very relaxing, beautiful views, serene and comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly. I did learn on this trip it is good to have Dominican pesos handy. The ATM can be costly. If you don't eat pork and looking for turkey substitutions for breakfast that was not available. Nevertheless, we had an amazing time and we look forward to coming back."

"We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The hotel is beautiful, well maintained, and the staff truly made our vacation special. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. A special thank you to Juan, Kerly, Jose, and Darwin, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their kindness, genuine care, and outstanding customer service made a lasting impression. Darwin, in particular, brought so much energy and positivity to the pool bar every day it was always a pleasure being served by him. There are a few areas that could be improved. Better ventilation is needed in all bathrooms, including those in the guest rooms. Some aesthetic details around the property also need attention, such as worn doors, bathtubs, and deteriorated countertops in some bar and pool areas. While these issues didn’t ruin our stay, addressing them would make the resort feel even more upscale. The pool area was enjoyable, but the overall service from the lifeguards and some of the pool staff could be more attentive and engaging. Compared to the excellent service we received elsewhere in the resort, this was the one area that could use improvement. Overall, we had a great experience and would gladly return. The warmth and professionalism of the staff truly make this resort stand out."

"Overall we enjoyed our stay at Emotions, their staff are incredible and very hard working people. But I didn’t like the room, the bathroom had no door and the toilet’s door didn’t have a lock. Everything was very small, you could barely fit inside the toilet. I didn’t like that the shower glass door had no privacy and was completely see through. The AC unit was not a central air. We were sleeping under the blowing cold air all nights and it’s wasn’t comfortable. I found this place to be not very kids friendly. The pool was risky, despite the kids area, and the kids club appeared to be very old and dated. The coffee shop was amazing and became my favorite place to hang out."
