I really enjoyed with my kids. Pretty safe good food. Only thing the Mexican rest they were so annoyed, we made an appointment they said no sandals and we understood however the rest of the people were wearing them even tho we showed them but other than that it was a nice experienced.

The property was very nice, and the staff were very friendly. One area where they should improve is the lunch menu at the buffet, which lacks variety. The dinner at the Asian restaurant was excellent, and the nightclub and shows were very good. However, they really should consider offering a different—and more varied—type of menu.

The staff was the key! Everyone here was so nice. The food was good and the grounds themselves were beautiful. The inclusive bar was a bit deceiving because there didn't seem to be much available but it was okay.

Room was clean, staff was outstanding, especially Edward at doorman/bellman and Carolina, the banquet/wedding coordinator who did an outstanding job, not only with the wedding we attended, but with putting together the private dinner on the night prior to the wedding. The wait and bar staff were outstanding and attentive. The food and drink were better than I expected.

The staff and amenities were amazing. Rooms were great!!! I was in the adults only section closer to everthing and my friends had a private pool with their room. The service was incredible and really made me feel comfortable. I will come back!!!
