Very nice room. Most of the staff was excellent. The food was plentiful and quite good for an all inclusive. Food was available all night at the snack bar, hamburgers, hot dogs, salad, pizza, French fries and excellent fried chicken. The 24 hour sports bar was cozy and the bar tenders were great. The front desk staff especially Karoline did everything she could to ensure a good stay. The waitresses were friendly,attentive and accomodating. All in All a great stay.

Just make sure you get your room changed if it’s not up to par. Cleaning could be better, buffet food was a hit or miss. The restaurants were really good Tex mex 10/10 ! Staff was great

Staff was very kind and accommodating, the resort was very safe with 24hr security at the front. The food was all very delicious and well prepared. The beach was well maintained and cleaned every morning and evening, along with that the room was made up every day between 12-2 which was perfect with beach/lunch schedule. The bartenders were very quick to serve everyone and ensure the drinks are not too strong since it was open access all day. The air conditioning worked very well in the room, we did have a slight issue with small amounts of water leaving out of the ac unit, but that was fixed by the very next day, the ac worked so well we found ourselves turning it off in the night some days. The show put on by the staff and the engaging experiences made by them throughout the beach days was amazing as well. Overall I would recommend this resort to others and even stay again!

You really need to be aware of which buildings are the noisiest before you book if you are sensitive to loud noise/music until 2 am every night. We moved buildings and were good after that.

My husband and I travel a lot. We decided to spent Christmas and New Year Eve there. Total of 10 days. As a matter of face we just came back home from DR this morning. 95% of the people who work there can’t speak or understand English, Including front desk. But most of them are very sweet. The food DEFINITELY should get upgraded. Not that many options specially for breakfast. If I had to grade the food for breakfast would be 2/10 for lunch 4/10 and for dinner maybe 5/10. The beach is huge and absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the beach so much. I’m sorry to say this, but we won’t be back there again 😢

I had a great time at the hotel. I felt safe. The room was clean. The food was good especially the breakfast. The shows were fantastic and ending the night off in the club with the DJ was great.

Location is great! Loved being by the beach and all the palm trees! Very relaxing and shaded. My favorite part of this resort was all the trees and how close to the beach it was! Some of the buffet and restaurant staff were very rude , seemed like they didn’t want to be there doing their job. The rooms were cleaned properly by house keeping daily. The food was ok… you get what you pay for. Overall is was good for the two days of our stay.
