The resort boasts excellent facilities, including multiple pools and a well-equipped gym. Breakfast was a highlight, with a generous buffet offering fresh, varied options each morning. "I had a wonderful experience at the Grand Mercure Hotel. It is in a great area close to everything and the accommodations were great. It was clean, safe, they provide a delicious buffet breakfast and even decorated my room for my birthday without me asking. All around great service. Also check-in was very smooth thanks to Alvin. If staying in Phuket this is a great choice. "

"This is my first time ever reviewing a hotel I’ve stayed and let me tell you.. this resort is GORGEOUS! The scenery is beautiful there’s actually things to do at the resort! and not to mention my room was a 5 min walk to the beach! I went for my birthday and I’m soo glad i chose this resort! My room was spacious. I enjoyed a large bathtub as well as pool to relax! The staff are incredible super friendly and greeted and helped me immediately upon arrival. I can’t wait to return to Thailand and when i do this will forever be the resort i stay at! Don’t hesitate to book! "
