"Great stay at this hotel. After I checked out, I didn’t realize I had left my phone in the room. The staff found it and kept it safely until I could return to collect it. I’m very grateful for their honesty and help. The location is also very convenient — close to the metro, not far from the railway station, with many restaurants nearby. The Prado Museum is right next to the hotel as well. Thanks again to the wonderful staff!"

"New hotel in a quiet but easily accessible area. The staff are friendly and super helpful. We had an issue when one of us fell ill and they helped to extend the check out a little. Rooms are spotless and breakfast options modest but perfectly adequate ahead of the food fest that awaits in Madrid. "

"Excellent location in the city center with easy access to public transportation. Room was clean, nice and spacious. Hair dryer sucked, something to be improved. The view from the 360 restaurant and bar on the 27th floor was stunning."
