"I chose the place because it was walking distance to the site of the Madrid Open tennis tournament. Otherwise the location is kind of suburban, not exciting. The hotel is nice, like a tall, industrial-looking motel (all the rooms face directly outside). The rooms have fancy stuff, like remote-controlled window blinds. Nice, spacious, clean rooms, equipped even with washing machines (and a clothes rack). The breakfast was pretty good, not amazing, not bad. It's good in that there aren't many...

"I arrived late at 10:00 pm ,very tired and wondered how to get in the building for the check in machine.
Fortunately, the staff opened the door for us.
Apartment was a bit far for 5 minutes walking from train station and a little bit complicated at first time searhing for the apartment."

"Awesome Hotel in Madrid.
Very pleasant stay we had for 4 days. Staff was great, from the check in to the end check out. Excellent breakfast with awesome staff. Cleaness of the rooms, room service was great daily. Everything was excellent except the air conditioning - we couldn’t have control of it except on and off. It was a bit annoying blowing right on you during the night - the way vents were installed.
