"Staff wasn’t super friendly. Put the do not disturb sign on door but housekeeping came in anyway. Website shows checkout time of 12pm but was told by staff it’s actually 11am."

"Good partnership with Starbucks. Hotel not very well maintained."

"The location of the hotel is perfect for Times Square and the Theatre District. Room was very small but clean and the service was good."

"Good"

"Location is central to a lot of tourist attractions. Seconds to Times Square, close to Central Park, tons of nearby shopping and restaurants. Staff at check in were very friendly. The lobby has a very pleasant smell and the chaos from outside is left at the door. The lobby and rooms are quiet and very clean. The rooftop bar is a nice perk and offers awesome views especially at night. Rooms are spacious. We would definitely come again."

"You have to bring and prepare everything yourself, as there are no amenities or equipment provided."

"The hotel is an iconic building but its in terrible shape. its not updated, furniture feels and looks from 30 years ago. Carpets looks from a motel 6 and it smells like terrible. Hostess at check in was super nice. but i asked for a late check out until 1:00pm and immediately they wanted to push it until 2:00pm but for a $50 dollars fee. I told them, I only needed until 1:00 and their response was "$25" fee. so i opted for 12:00pm. they checked my room 3 times before I left at 11:50. It was...

"Ok"

"I liked the location. The hotel is run down; the shower didn't work right and flooded the bathroom (and me) and the heat system is archaic and could not be controlled. Someone came to show us how to cool it down, but it just continued heating. The hotel was very expensive; I could have accepted the issues if it was $200-300/night."

"Very great location and surrounded by restaurant and attractions."
