First things I would like to say is I must definitely use this hotel again. This hotel would be a so comfortable place for me. This hotel has the best location in Cebu city. We should eat breakfast at the hotel here,the breakfast she cooks will be the best as for my thought on. The staff working at this hotel are very kind ,friendry,genuine attitude and sincere,so I was able to have a great time. I look forward to staying at Lilie hotel again.

I took a video of the air conditioner. It sounded like a allowed airplane, no air conditioning coming out. The places in poor condition had to find another place.

The front desk staff was very accommodating overall stay was good but the ac was weak and the tv was like old bulky and one remote didn’t work so we had it replaced but that’s about it

I always stay in Lylie with my wife and baby daughter. This is my fourth stay and I don't look elsewhere. I have stayed in 5 star hotels in mandaue that weren't t as clean and tidy. Excellent security cleanliness service value friendly welcome

２年前に１度泊まったことがあるその時と比べて少し質が下がったような感じがする、場所は比較的食べるのにはこまらないところです、どこに行くにもタクシー、ジープニーでも渋滞が激しく困ります。設備的には今回値段の割には少し不満であった。３泊したのだが２泊目トイレの天井から水漏れした、すぐフロントに電話して来てくれたが結局部屋を変えてもらった、変わった部屋には小さなゴキブリが数匹いた、フィリピンならではなので仕方ないかも。エレベーターなし、タクシードライバーはホテルを知らない人が多い。個人的にはまあOKかね！

Everyday we had to have the hotel staff use a plunger to get the toilet flushed. Times so bad would have to go to local restaurants for bodily functions.

チェックイン、チェックアウトの対応はよかった、このクラスのホテルはバスタオルのみでハンドタオルがないの が当たり前なのか？そこが不満です、ベッドに毛布はなくシーツだけ、エアコンを止めると途端に熱くなる、 車の騒音が聞こえる、夜中エアコンの音がうるさいから止めると今度は車の騒音がうるさい、どちらを取るかで眠れない。部屋の掃除はこちらからしてくださいと言はないとしないそうです。
