In retrospect

We wanted information about the local sites but could see brochures about the city nor did the staff have any input. So Google it was. A little sad as this is there home town. The staff was good natured and friendly. The room was less then functional as the bathroom was not in very good shape. Cupboard door was hanging off the hinges. Couldnt open the door to the bathroom as the sink was in the way.They don't give blankets just sheets. After asking for a blanket we received one small asked for other blanket and was asked to pay extra. The main area smelled like cat piss as they have 2 cats that live there. Breakfast was less then desirable. Cold egg cold toast 1 hotdog and orange juice and maybe a banana. Same everyday , asked for extra egg but they said no. Ok no problem. Air con was noisy.

The lady running it was nice and her helper as well. A young teen woman working there forgot my wake up call. Cats in the kitchen and near food is not sanitary but in a tropical climate perhaps they are better than insects. Ants in the room, door lock broken and was trapped in the room twice having to bang the door since the phone didn't work and slip the key under the door for them to release me. They never fixed it just tried to tighten it. Rates being so cheap it is still a good value if you can tolerate little things. Breakfast was the very weak and meager. No juice, no pepper just salt. 1 egg and a chicken hotdog no ketchup and plain toasted bread no butter or jam or jelly. Instant coffee only beverage option or water. If the location works for you the room was clean and they cleaned well when needed and were very helpful if asked. The TV had issues with broken button on big old heavy TV so they swapped it with a black and white until I said I need color than the 3rd one had color. Noisy worn out window AC did work but noisy. Well worth the 15 bucks paid though for a gated safe and reasonable clean place with friendly ladies

Did not finish 2 nights booked, st

Smells old, a chair in the room has stain on it, the water will splash everywhere everytime you shower, staff are under age, parking is horrible, next to the mansionette, there were ducks roaming around, where you park, looks like a junkyard. Aircon was old and noisy, looks creepy mansion. Stayed only for 1 night instead of 2 nights booked.il9I wouls not recommend.

Will never go back in this place ever!!!!

We went to the place, very hard to find we end up calling and ask specific directions, driveway is very very narrow! The lobby is so dirty, dust everywhere. The room is so small and creepy like in a horror movie, bathroom is very small. We end up leaving the place after checking the room situation, we can not take it imagining ourselves sleeping there. We just left and look for another place to sleep.

Doll house

The hotel is a dolls house. Full of plants, flowers, paints, statue, any kind of decoration, but big cockrotches in toilet, ruined pillowcase, the bed is not so confortable. Cats everywhere. Noisy. The area doesn't offer nothing interesting. The good thing is hot water shower and personnel really friendly.

Awful. Don’t stay there.

It was awful. Everything as covered in grim and dust in the entrance. Our room was infested with ants so we were moved to another room and that was infested with ants and other small bugs on the bed. The lady at reception didn’t care and didn’t know any English so this proved very very difficult. It is in the middle of no where so there is nothing local to do you have to get a taxi everywhere even for water. We ended up leaving after 1 hour of checking in and had to pay for another hotel somewhere else. The tour information they say they provide is for going into Cebu city. They don’t offer the whale sharks or any information on that as that’s a tourists main reason for going to Cebu these days.

Very sencere staffs and the owner. Stayed 8 days in this beautiful aparattel inn. Comfortable room. Forgot my wallet in the room and went to airport, checked in. The owner of the hotel and the housekeeping found my wallet containing 3 credit cards, 4k dollers cash. Owner himself rushed to the airport, to return my wallet. After 3 hours on waiting @ visiter point, with announcement of my name, @ the airport, i was lead to the owner, and i got my wallet. I was really in tears, and hugged the ANGEL.

Good hotel, but bad morning.

The hotel itself has a very good style, as the name suggests, and it's beautiful. The complaint I have about is, at least in the room used, the clarity of the sun in the morning is extremely annoying, because the cuetains are almost transparent. It needs to be changed.

Unforgetable hotel experience

We supposedly stay for 2 nights during our trip to cebu, nice classic house, the price was cheap but the room and toilet were incredible bad. Not accesible for travellers. The following day we decided not to check out and transffer to other hotel.

Hotel not the same as it look in the picture

Location is far from the city. Place is dark and lights were turned off at night. Room smelled like gas. Reserved for two nights but only stayed one night.

just don't! all these 1 marks are 0 really.

this place isn't a little way from the city, it's a long way. Unless you have business in the area, don't do it. When i arrived, they had no awareness of my reservation, so tired and hungry, i had to wait 20 minutes... hungry! room service does not exist here...they will send the family child to Jollibee or McDonalds for you if needed. it took her 45 minutes to return from the 7-11 that is 5 minutes away, so pack your own food. there were ants and roaches in the room, only one sheet so the choice was either frozen or red hot, and there is scotch tape holding together many parts. The decor of the place looks like a very elderly person went crazy at a garage sale. It could be ok, but is so over done it is hideous. Just don't!
