"The didn’t give me my deposit back and also the shower head was lose"

"Room was spare, but clean. No coffee. TV only showed local stations, no streaming. During shower, water would just stop for half a minute, then start up again. Would happen 3-4 times during every shower. Water was at least hot. General feel that hotel public rooms were not being maintained - paint chipped and worn - looked a bit seedy. Not worth the price, although the location is great, right in the middle of the theatre district. No doorman or any help from the staff. Like a motel."

"they were able to resolve the issue, but when we arrived, the smoke detector was disabled and there was a very loud noise coming from the vent. we were early and told that we would be notified when the room was ready. we were not given a room till after 4pm. I was told that the room I had been booked for, had an elite member and they had a late checkout, so we would be given a different room. overall it was a very nice stay, beds were very comfortable as were the pillows, staff was very nice."

"Great location if you want to be near Times Square. Rooms are good size with basic amenities but no refrigerator. The bed is not sturdy, creaks when you move. If you just need a place to stay near Broadway and TimeSquare this is a great alternative. "
