"Room was clean and warm but we were there for a week and although there was no room maintenance they could at least have serviced the waste bins and replenished the coffee etc. bar service was not open many times during the day which was poor for a hotel. Wi-Fi was not the best with the television often buffering and going off. Spa was more of a leisure centre swimming pool than a true spa experience "

"Booked a junior suite for my son and his girlfriend as a treat on Christmas Day as they were visiting from another city. They loved the room and the breakfast too! They sent me videos of both, and the room looked clean and fresh and the breakfast was Full English and eggs Benedict with cups of tea in cute teacups. You drive through a park to get to this hotel. "Absolutely awful. No housekeeping despite our requests during our entire stay. We could not even get a hold of staff as no one was at the reception or restaurant. We had to phone the hotel via the general number online and ask to be put through to the hotel chain. Extremely poor cleanliness, there were stains all over the bedsheets, chairs and a strong odour of urine in the room, carpets and bathroom. "Wonderful hotel with large comfortable rooms. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Very quiet and the free parking was a real bonus, especially as it's an easy walk to Leicester city centre and other amenities. Fully recommend and will book again for future stays in Leicester."
