There were literally 2 rooms occupied the week we stayed there. Rooms are okay and you have one staff for the entire 300 rooms available. Rooms do need some maintenance. But the staff at the reception was friendly.

Staffs were polite and helpul. Breakfast selection very limited. No aircon along corridor, so will be a little bit warm. Furnitures are old, sofa cushion with a lot of stains. However, the room aircon is very quiet.

The design and decoration are spectacular

Couldn't say much about the location because Malacca is developing and building constructions are everywhere. The hotel can improve on; putting the contact list next to the phone, make hair dryer and ironing facilities available for every room (not upon request) & make laundry bag available. The restaurant is small but the staffs are rapidly restore the fast-finishing foods and keep up with number of people who wants to have their breakfast.

One of the worse coz nothing open at this hotel area which is still okay for a new hotel but the nightmare awaits once you have your room keys. The bathroom showers a very dirty water and the towel is horrible. Failure to their bed too as it’s very dusty and insects on their bedsheets Floor hasn’t been cleaned since the room starts doing business Nothing seems to be fine for me as I can’t even ask for an extra quilt. I’ll never come back here again Horrible experience Expedia,you made a wrong decision to give them a high rating
