Memuaskan dlm keadaan sederhana saja. Ada ruang utk diperbaiki dari segi layanan & kemudahan yg seharusnya diberikan. Contohnya parking kereta hanya diberikan kupon parking semasa check in pada waktu tgh mlm utk dipaparkan sendiri oleh tetamu, sedangkan biasa nya dilakukan oleh pihak pengurusan hotel. Jika ini dibuat seolah-olah pihak pengurusan hotel tidak menghormati kehadiran tetamu yg menginap. Dgn kata lbh mudah ‘not wellcome.
Pengurusan hotel tidak cekap kerana terdapat masalah yang tidak dapat diselesaikan hingga kini seperti:
1)tempahan pelanggan melalui hotel.com tidak dapat diakses oleh pihak hotel ;
2)lampu lif rosak ;
3)staf kaunter yang tidak mesra pelanggan
Secara keseluruhan TIDAK MEMUASKAN...
