We stay 1 nite at the top floor (3rd floor) no lift... sink was stucked.... room was not clean which contains dust n hairs.... air cond was not cool enuf to cover the whole room....

urgh but..

the cleanliness is bad, fridge especiall. water pressure in the batroom is poor. the apartment is at the top level of the building n no elevator, only stairs so not recommended for old folk or people with disabled. however, tge location is superb, walking distance to almost every attraction in melaka, the jonker walk, the museums, taming sari tower n dataran pahlawan.

There is nothing so great about this Hotel. Facilities was very poor. Its time to upgrade and provide very better service. Its a kinda outdated with poor room facilities including bed and pillow condition. Look dirty and yacky......

Average modern minimalism hotel in Melaka. The location is a little bit far from jonker street and heritage buildings but near from harbour and custom (suitable for traveller which come from Indonesia using ferry from Dumai). Near with minimarket and laundry, owned by same owner of this hotel.

Sea facing, Silent Neighbourhood, Good value

We stayed here for one day and we got a sea facing room. The hotel is located in a silent neighbourhood and fairly close (may be 400m) to the starting point of most of the attractions in Malacca. The nearest South Indian/Indian restaurant (not authentic, but OK) is 300m away.

Bad Experience !

Terrible experience. When raining, water leak from a hole in the kitchen. Pillow cases and bed sheets were also very dirty, with many yellow stains and pungent smell coming from it. The unpleasant smell and dirty bed makes us so uncomfortable that we were unable to sleep that we decided to cancel our second day and return. One of the most terrible hotel we have stayed in .On the next day, when we went to ask for refund all of the staff there speaks only Malay language and none of them was able to understand our request which was made in English. In the end, our request was not fulfilled and we left with great disappointment. Overall, we would not recommend this hotel to anyone as it not only cause our trip to become very unpleasant, it had also ruin our plans.
