Very clean, spacious & well-maintained too! I was really impressed 👍 Also a convenient location to malls/ shops with a great view of the sea! Only downside is that the area is quite dark so not sure how safe it was although there are security guards and our neighbor upstairs were very noisy.. Please be mindful of others & be quiet

Spacious, accomodating a family of five very comfortably. Nice pool. Location was ok but there is a very busy road to cross to get to the malls and dining precinct. This may make the location of the accommodation less than ideal for families who have young children in prams, etc. Our host was very helpful and responsive to our needs.

My friend and I had a good time staying at this residence. the check-in is easy and fun. the location is great, the view is amazing. no regret staying 2 nights here, owner very friendly, the whole apartment very clean and tidy, can't find a dirt even at the balcony, worth to stay for families holiday or group of friends vacation, location perfect easy to find place for dining and shopping, definitely, highly recommended for those who wish to holiday for feel like at home. Clean and convenient but pathetic facilities

Residence is clean and comfortable. Can accommodate up to 10 guests which is great for family and friends trip. Sean is efficient and helpful. Location is convenient from makota shopping area and short drive to jonker. The only negative part is the facilities are not hotel standard. The pool was poorly maintained with algae by the side and kids could not swim. Gym is pathetic. If you are only looking for comfortable and convenient stay without use of facilities, this is a great place.

Tay family stay at Malacca

The owner, Sean, is very friendly and helpful. His response is very prompt from the day reservation was made all the way till check out. My unit was 1133 and it has very nice sea view from the balcony. It has almost 180 degrees angle to catch Sunrise and Sunset although it was raining on both occasions during my stay. The living room and bedrooms are quite spacious and good for big group. It has instant hot and cold drinking water. The only negative feedbacks are the small step in the bathrooms and low bed which are not very ideal for elderly. Nevertheless, my group members which include many elders like the environment.

superb place to stay at in malacca!

this place is a gem! so happy that i chanced upon it. we were a party of 5 so the 2 bedrooms were more than sufficient to house us comfortably. u’d be abit skeptical because the exterior looks old and worn but once u step into the apartment u get a totally different perspective! looks newly renovated and fully equipped with fridge, microwave and a hot/cold filtered water dispenser. Sean was also ever so helpful from giving recommendations to accommodating check-in and check-out arrangements. Parking was also very convenient. Only gripe was perhaps the sound proofing of the rooms, even though the room was on the 11th floor but facing a big cross junction so u could hear motor vehicles all through the night. something to be wary of if you’re a light sleeper. other then that, superb place to stay in!
