The room was very tidy, clean, and comfortable. The owner provided very clear and detailed instructions for both check-in and check-out, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. The accommodation is great for families and groups. The location is very convenient, with a beautiful sea view and within walking distance of shopping malls and the popular Jonker Street area. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place to our friends. If we visit Melaka again, we would be happy to stay here again!

Highly recommended for families traveling to Malacca with young kids! The property was exceptionally clean, and the host was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The fantastic amenities—especially the swimming pool—coupled with a prime location near major malls and Jonker Street made everything so convenient. We would absolutely stay here again in the future.

First of all, the owner Mr Sean is a very friendly and helpful person. He allowed us to check in early knowing that I have an elderly mum travelling with us. Thereafter, I was having trouble entering the unit. And he just showed up instead of helping through phone call. Next, the unit was great. Rooms were spacious with seaview for 2 of the rooms. Location was fantastic..just opposite the Mahkota parade mall. Our family enjoyed the stay very much. Would certainly stay here again if we come back to Malacca. Thanks again Mr Sean for your understanding and hospitality. Greatly appreciated!!

The apartment was incredibly clean and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a Cuckoo water purifier which was very convenient. There were plenty of towels (10 in total!) provided for our group.The host, Mr. Sean, was extremely helpful, responsive, and provided very clear self check-in instructions. Although we did our own check-in, he monitored the process to ensure we arrived safely. The location is also perfect, right across from Mahkota Medical Centre and within walking distance to shopping malls.I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Malacca, especially families or groups. I would definitely stay here again!

Very clean, spacious & well-maintained too! I was really impressed 👍 Also a convenient location to malls/ shops with a great view of the sea! Only downside is that the area is quite dark so not sure how safe it was although there are security guards and our neighbor upstairs were very noisy.. Please be mindful of others & be quiet

Spacious, accomodating a family of five very comfortably. Nice pool. Location was ok but there is a very busy road to cross to get to the malls and dining precinct. This may make the location of the accommodation less than ideal for families who have young children in prams, etc. Our host was very helpful and responsive to our needs.

My friend and I had a good time staying at this residence. the check-in is easy and fun. the location is great, the view is amazing. Inside this residence, there is everything we need: comfortable mattress, air con, hot water, fridge. Our host Sean is friendly and helpful. He helped us to check in on short notice. highly appreciated! Definitely recommend this property to my friends.

Clean and convenient but pathetic facilities

Residence is clean and comfortable. Can accommodate up to 10 guests which is great for family and friends trip. Sean is efficient and helpful. Location is convenient from makota shopping area and short drive to jonker. The only negative part is the facilities are not hotel standard. The pool was poorly maintained with algae by the side and kids could not swim. Gym is pathetic. If you are only looking for comfortable and convenient stay without use of facilities, this is a great place.

Tay family stay at Malacca

The owner, Sean, is very friendly and helpful. His response is very prompt from the day reservation was made all the way till check out. My unit was 1133 and it has very nice sea view from the balcony. It has almost 180 degrees angle to catch Sunrise and Sunset although it was raining on both occasions during my stay. The living room and bedrooms are quite spacious and good for big group. It has instant hot and cold drinking water. The only negative feedbacks are the small step in the bathrooms and low bed which are not very ideal for elderly. Nevertheless, my group members which include many elders like the environment.

superb place to stay at in malacca!

this place is a gem! so happy that i chanced upon it. we were a party of 5 so the 2 bedrooms were more than sufficient to house us comfortably. u’d be abit skeptical because the exterior looks old and worn but once u step into the apartment u get a totally different perspective! looks newly renovated and fully equipped with fridge, microwave and a hot/cold filtered water dispenser. Sean was also ever so helpful from giving recommendations to accommodating check-in and check-out arrangements. Parking was also very convenient. Only gripe was perhaps the sound proofing of the rooms, even though the room was on the 11th floor but facing a big cross junction so u could hear motor vehicles all through the night. something to be wary of if you’re a light sleeper. other then that, superb place to stay in!

Location: very good, mahkota parade just across the road. Free car park available. Cleanliness: Excellent! Clean bedsheets, comforter, towels, setee.. Amenities: clean towels, shampoo and body soap provided. Even Cuckoo,fridge, plates, glasses, washing machine, drying rack, iron & iron board are ready to use. Facility : swimming pool, gym, tenis court, mini golf range, kids playroom Service: exceptionally good, friendly, fast response and negotiable. Instruction given easily followed and undestandable. Tip top, good job Sean! Nice having you as our host. Price: Most affordable and reasonable for Large group like us. I think this is the cheapest one I found for 3 rooms, 2 bathroom, Kitchen, balcony and numerous facility in costa mahkota. Overall : Excellent staycation especially for big family like us. Felt like staying in hotel/resort! Our family voted 10 out of 10. Thanks Sean! See you again soon. Great staycation experience in Melaka!
