"They allow pets and someone had a cat sometime and I had a severe allergic reaction."

"I love the 2 bedroom apartment, they have everything incase you want to cook. The breakfast is okay but no much choices, you dont get a daily room service but can get towel refil if you request, it not bad for me that dont like waste. I dont like the fact that have to pay for parking. They charge per night."

"Do not stay here. They will not clean your room, will force you to plunge the last guest's feces. The phones dont work so they will force disabled guests to come all the way down over and over for help. They will not refund your money or give you a different room. There is no complimentary breakfast. It is an independent franchise so going to corporate will do absolutely nothing. Steer clear."

"We were supposed to have a room with a balcony, but unfortunately, it faced a very busy road, and the traffic noise was quite noticeable. The in-room heating and cooling system was another issue. The air blew directly onto the bed and of course on who is sleeping there making it extremely uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. Overall, the room was not the relaxing experience we had expected."

"Stay was ok overall, only complaint is Matenince took a while to resolve issue."

"Beautiful hotel outside of busy Phoenix! Must stay. Love the beautiful rooftop and the pool. Staff were extremely sweet!"
