HOWEVER, we had an issue with a staff member on 07/11. The night before, we had booked a 5:15AM taxi to take us to the airport. "Loved the location , very central. Loved the staff, polite, helpful. Really hated that our room elevator was in the dining room, though the bussing station and into a kitchen/elevator area. Loud, dirty, highly trafficked elevator by staff, elevator carpet was filthy. When I complained the manager told me I should have gotten a more expensive room.
