"Seemed clean enough but was a bit of a dive. Noisy with fire doors banging. Parking to check in was difficult until got access to the parking thru the barrier, probably limited parking if you arrive late."

Yet, My wife & I were given entry into the building without having completed the supposed mandatory online check-in, having only spoken to someone through the Ring doorbell camera. We found that the key lock box for our room has been improperly closed by the previous guest, with our room key literally falling out of the lock box when we entered the house. "Hotel was in a beautiful setting and felt safe and secure inside the complex. The bed was so comfortable i didn't want to get up.Will definitely stay here again."

"Good public spaces helpful staff free ample parking . Surprisingly quiet night’s sleep once LHR departures wrong 11pm. Room furniture was a little dated and showing its age but bed comfortable. Good VFM compared with other local hotels."

"Very close to tube station. We had to be moved from the first room as the sofa bed was unusable. Second room was larger and the sofa bed was ok. Wouldn’t want the girls to have slept on if to more than a night or so.. the shower was’t the best but did the job for one shower. Pub was lovely with a great range of beers and the food was excellent. Staff were really helpful.and friendly."

"2 day stay . Very bad smelling room even after 2 days with window open. Its clearly been lived in by a smoker and a sock was still covering the smoke detector. Really uncumfortabke beds and dirty stained sheets and matress. No lamps no cups, spoon or coffee. Even had to tune the telly myself. Very strange types walking around the corridors would not recomend. Staff were nice enough when i spoke to them. Im not the complaining type so just loughed if off as a bad experience never to be repeated....
