"Yes the apartment is very clean and everything was good nice and in order looking very good. We only had one problem. Well it was quite big. Is that the sofa bed was very uncomfortable with metal sticking out, so we had to borrow some mattresses from some friends nearby."

"Their check in process is so easy! You can do it yourself through self-service machines they have in the lobby. If you get stuck, the personnel is prompt and kind to offer assistance. The location is amazing with public transportation right in front of the hotel. The food was pretty good and not outrageously pricy for a hotel. If I get another chance to go to London, I'm definitely staying there again."

"Room for the night before an early hours flight. Didn’t need to be anything special, but the room was clean, comfy, warm, and the staff made the check in and out very smooth and easy. No complaints.
