"Amazing . Travelled with my 5 year old son. This was our second stay at the same hotel In less than six months . And the staff was amazing. They made sure the big teddy bear was kept in our room even before we checked in. A speacial mention for Mr Rak ( at the reception) and Rudy who made sure they recommended places to visit and things to do with our son. Our flight was late in the day and even the extended late check out was done with ease. We were absolutely happy with our stay ( relaxing and comfortable). I would highly recommend the place to anyone visiting Chiang Mai. It’s perfectly located too so easy to commute to any restaurant and places via grab. "

"This hotel was awesome, the breakfast was a great way to start your day. The pool was quiet and beautifully decorated. The overall style of the hotel felt like you were in Thailand. The free coffee until 2pm was amazing. They even included iced cappuccinos! The people were so friendly. We would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to be able to walk old town. We loved it. "
