The worst customer service ever!! I tried to extend my stay before arrive and they never answered back. The place is really nice but the property management is bad!!!!

The room smelled horrible with a strong cigarette smell, covered up with a floraly perfume. I messaged the host and they showed up at the door saying it wasnt their fault if someone smoked. I had to keep the window open all night and there was no thermostat in the room to control the temp. Additionally, the lock on the interior of the door didnt work and the wifi was not accessible. I contacted the host 3x inquiring on the wifi and never received a response. I would definitely not recommend this as a place to stay.

Camera pulita e funzionale ma piccola (venduta come tripla ha le dimensioni di una singola), pulita all'arrivo ma in 4 giorni nessun servizio di pulizia, bella vista, bagno decente, nessun frigo, macchina del caffè presente, letto comodo ma non eccezionale, comunque un buon rapporto qualità prezzo per Madrid. Assenti le comunicazioni col gestore. É saltato il contatore della corrente e mi sono dovuto arrangiare. Infine la posizione è un po' decentrata ma i mezzi di trasporto di Madrid sono eccellenti
