"Communication with the hosts was poor and not very helpful. They did not answer our questions in a reasonable amount of time, leaving us to have to figure out a lot of things on our own. We never did see or meet a host, even though the booking site mentioned that there would be someone there. The entry system to access the unit was quite confusing. "The interior of the building was right out of a 1920's villa. Marble everywhere. Beautiful decor. The staff was exceedingly helpful about the history and sights to see. This was only supposed to be a stopover before we went to the Amalfi Coast. There was so much to see, I should have scheduled a couple more days."

"A great location, friendly check-in, and nice size for a family of four. The only downsides are hot water for showers is pretty limited so you need to space them out or have short showers, and the ladder to the bunk bed is not fixed onto the bed making it a safety concern, but this could be fixed with a couple screws.
