The room was small with a balcony that had view to nowhere. but the room was very clean, beds were comfy and the bathroom was big and very clean. The kitchenette with dish washing machine and microwave made the room a cozy and handy place to stay.

The flat was very clean and centrally located right on the water. Parking is hard because it is in an area of the city where cars aren’t allowed.

Property was in a great location near a small city square with very thoughtful touches. There were laundry facilities free and available for use, just bring your own soap. They even had two adaptors for the US to Swiss plugs for us to use. We also received the Luzern city pass during our stay that provided discounts to museums and public transport. Definitely would stay here again!

Location is fantastic! This is right in Lucerne old town. Everything is walkable from here. Since it’s right in the city, night time walks with gelato is easy. Property is fair, not fancy or upgraded recently but fair enough. Shower area is tiny so anyone about 5,11” and above can’t shower here. Overall a good stay.

When I booked the room “Mercury” it said the room had a king size bed, a view on the lake and a balcony. But non of this is true. It was a good size room, which had a view to the next door building away from the lake into a small street. The interior was nice, and the kitchen well equipped, everything was working! So at the end, the price matched the place, the web site just should not be leaving Information that lead on...and increased the expectation!

Misleading pictures, misrepresented property.

The photos are misleading. They show a standard sized flat for 2. The room for 2 that we had was so small that, for example, if one of us wanted to go to the bathroom the other had to stand by the exit door and could not sit at the table. ALSO the double bed was against the wall so that on one side you had to get in from the end. Had we known thois we would NOT have booked. Ridiculous.

Checking in was by phone and the elevator wasn’t working at the time we checked in. With 2 luggage’s weighing at least 23 Kilograms each, I almost break my back going up 3 plight of stairs. This event affected my sciatic nerve rendering me immobile for the rest of the evening.

Average if youre on a budget

Good location, but property could use some updating. Theres no central air and the rooms arent soundproof. I had to leave the window open for ventilation which led to bugs in the room. Reservation also says that the room will be lakeside but my unit was facing the street. After contacting the property, they said that references the building itself, not the unit. Should be more clear

Ubicación muy buena. Departamento ruidoso

La ubicación muy buena y encontrar la llave también. Pero el departamento no me gusto . Extremadamente ruidoso está arriba de restaurantes y como hacía calor y al no tener aire acondicionado, debía abrir las ventanas y el ruido y el olor a comida no era agradable . Además el baño no tiene para colgar las toallas y le faltan más estantes

Saubere, einfach aber sehr funktional eingerichtete Unterkunft inTop-Lage. Appartment Mercury III hat nur kleine Fenster, wenig Tageslicht, sonst aber sehr ok.
