"Let me just say this—I’ve traveled all over the Dominican Republic, including Santo Domingo and Punta Cana, and I’ve never experienced anything like this. Seeing large roaches coming out of the sink was honestly shocking. That being said, the staff were very nice, and the manager handled the situation by switching our room, which I appreciated. However, cleanliness is definitely an area that needs improvement. Aside from that, the beach is beautiful, and the workers are amazing—12/10 for their service."
