the place was very clean, and the staff was very helpful, even though I had a minor issue with the restaurant and the went above and beyond to fix the problem which was really nice. other than that, my experience was amazing, I'll definitely go back.

The staff were great and helpful. Sr Baez and J. Gomera to be specific. The property needs some attention, small holes in the walls, patches on the ceiling and boarded doors . Great location though.

This hotel is terrific for a quick getaway to Santo Domingo. Top tier amenity, the rooftop, the view and the pool. In the morning breakfast was great, especially if you want traditional Dominican breakfast, which you should have when in the Dominican Republic. Staff was great. They even prepared a little birthday surprise for my cousin. My only negative was the elevator situation where it would not go to the first floor and you had to attempt many time. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bathroom was huge! They have a club in the hotel which is upscale I was not able to go since I was tired after a day of running errands in the City of Santo Domingo. Overall a nice place to stay if you’re in the City.

Its a very nice spot, location location. Rooms are big and nice shower, a bit empty, however the view compensates all! Breakfast was nice. Restaurant for dinner very expensive and not very good. Rest fantastic

Nice new hotel. Located across the street from the Malecón. Staff was great, specially Adriana Paredes, Laura Vargas at the front desk, and Andrea at the restaurant. Breakfast had a lot of varieties of food, many of them typical Dominican dishes.
