"Our family loved this hotel for its colonial charm, walkability to the center of town and to various restaurants and coffee shops. There is a great restaurant that is associated with the hotel that also served a great breakfast. The pool was refreshing. The front desk staff was very helpful in recommending activities. Great laundry service. The room was a nice respite from the heat and with good air conditioning. If you want to see the lively local market, there are a number of vendors only...

"Absoluterly wonderful caring, knowledgable and helpful staff. Beautiful architecture and very well designed hotel and rooms and lots of light. Really amazing breakfast and on Christmas day they had some special touches. Highly recommend and easy walking distance to the town center."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally attentive and always willing to help with anything I needed. The food was delicious, although breakfast options were somewhat limited. However, there are plenty of great places nearby where you can enjoy a tasty meal. The hotel was spotless and felt very safe. Best of all, it’s centrally located within walking distance of everything. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay here again."

"We had a lovely stay. Very convenient location to explore Granada. The grounds of the hotel are picturesque - walkways that overlook the pool and have nice decor. It was really nice staying here. The owners and staff are wonderful. Parking is easy. Breakfast was a great tradition Nicaraguan breakfast. "
