The staff was fantastic, all of them, but the main one was Cesar… he was quite the helpful man very knowledgeable of the area, took care of any needs that we had from taxis to even a breakfast at 3 o’clock in the morning to the airport… And the breakfast were very good as well. Just a good place to stay. Thank you for everything Hotel

Staff is great. The porters are really nice and informative. The hotel is in great condition. Close to the Central Park in Granada. Place is super clean . Breakfast is great. I will definitely stay again.

Very nice room and pool area. I would’ve liked an additional lamp in the room, other than that it was great. Customer service was outstanding..we needed to leave @7am the next day and Anner the chef came earlier than his normal schedule to meet our needs. He prepared a delicious breakfast which was included in the price of the room. See picture for deliciousness! I highly recommend this hotel! Thanks so much!!

We rode the chicken bus from Peñas Blanca’s to Rivas. Rivas to Granada. Had a terrible experience on the chicken bus. We Told Javier and he called Victor to give us a ride back to the Border because we were spooked. The staff was amazing, helpful, and understanding with my family of 4 (kids 3 and 6). Good AC. Not hot water but you don’t want it in this heat lol. The water was luke warm and that’s all you need. This is coming from someone who loves HOT water. Definitely recommend this place! Javier and staff were amazing!

Hotel Boutique Mosaico was a very pleasant revelation. HB Mosaico truly lived up to their reputation. It was exactly as you'd expect from this category and caliber of stay. The place was Amazing. Very well decorated, very open spaces. Fantastic atmosphere. Great breeze. Lots of natural light. The pool temperature was refreshing but not shocking. It was a Great space for relaxing and cooling. Breakfast...???!...Very much an Authentic Traditional meal, with "Gallo Pinto", eggs, and fried sweet plantain. However, the kitchen was very accommodating and prepared a slight variation for the vegetarians, with rice and bean, fried plantain, and the ultimate treat, Fried Cheese....Delicious... The hotel's location was very convenient for parking and within a 10 minute walk to Central Park and Calle La Calzada, which comes to life with amazing food, drinks and music. No shortage of food or Good Times! Overall, this wasby far an experience that superseded expectations and will be one to repeat as often as I can.

Rien à dire de négatif sérieusement. Chambre propre. La décoration à l'intérieur est malade avec une petite piscine. Service directement à l'entrée 24h/24. Tu as la clé chambre mais pas de l'hôtel . Par contre la porte est en face du comptoir alors il te verront facilement. Sont là pour toi pour les questions. Déjeuner commence à 6h. Très simple et efficace comme l'hôtel. Simple mais EFFICACE !! Je recommande selon votre budget bien sûr. 10 au 12 janvier 2026 touriste canadien!
