The location is close enough to restaurants and the central plaza so that you can easily walk where you want to go, but far enough to be away from too much city noise. Parking is behind the hotel gate next to reception (manned 24/7) so it is convenient and safe to have your car here, although we only used ours for a day trip. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. "

"The door lock was broken, there was a lot of noise on the second floor, and the dog barked incessantly. I checked that breakfast was included, and he said, "Let me show you a picture of where it says so." I showed it to him, even though he knows perfectly well it's included. The breakfast was tasteless. The next day we had to find another place."

"Avoid this place at all costs. There are BEDBUGS. My family had to leave in the middle of the night after zero sleep. The owner did not take responsibility. The hostel is very old and dirty, as well. I have no idea how this place got any good reviews. I think they must be fake. Stay away!"

"Our room (Room 1) was clean and generously spacious with a private outside seating area. The bed was comfortable and the air con worked well. The communal areas of the property are very lovely and well-kept. The lady who cooked breakfast was very pleasant. We enjoyed our stay here and would happily recommend. However, a couple of things to note - only by chance did we ask if it was ok to leave the car on the street overnight and we were strongly advised not to. It would have been far more helpful to have been given that advice at check-in with instructions where to park. The other point - well in advance of our stay I had booked a tour through the hotel for 4.10 on our date of arrival and the tour had been confirmed by the hotel. However, our guide did not show and we were told he was coming - in 5 to 10 mins, maybe 15 and we lost faith anyone would come so we then had to make other arrangements but no apology was offered."
