"The junior suite room had a beautiful view and the air conditioning was great. The hotel staff was very helpful and I appreciated the great spots they recommended to eat. The parking in the street is a little worrisome, but we had no problems thankfully. The location was perfect and seemed safe."

"Nadine, front desk clerk, was great and very helpful. I met Terry and Nancy, the owners, who were gracious and very nice. The sink in the bathroom was a beautiful ceramic design which added to the the charm of the hotel. I didn't use the pool but it is a great amenity. The breakfasts were excellent and a nice way to start a day of touring on a full stomach. The restaurant across the street was not very good but Nectar down the street had great food. "I am giving three stars because I expected more from the presidential room we paid for. While the staff were welcoming and helpful, the hotel itself left much to be desired. A major issue was the lack of hot water for showers, which is unacceptable considering the price of the presidential suite. Additionally, there were very few amenities included for example, the boat ride was not part of the package, which was disappointing.
