"The guy who works on the night shift was so rude. I was talking to him asking for a copy of my receipt and he kept rolling his eyes saying that it was property of the hotel and I couldn’t get a copy. The air conditioning was not working in our room and it was HOT. also, our shower was shooting water from the faucet and the shower head. It made you literally have to shower in 5 minutes because the tub was filling and filling fast. I will not be staying here again. "

"Great value for the market. Simple, clean comfortable room with nice view. Fun, modern feel. Pool area was fantastic (and would be even better in the summer). Excellent breakfast with (with an even better view!) Friendly, helpful staff. The free Uber service to the nearby museums provided amazing bang for the buck. Not centrally located but great for a visit to the Getty or Skirball. We'll definitely be back for our next visit."

"Great location and nice property. Clean and inviting. The only negative is the elevators. Incredibly slow and small. Seem old and almost like you’re gonna get stuck in them. Know that’s not an easy fix but seems like they could somehow be modernized or updated. "

"Breakfast menu was nothing to brag about, had limited options Our room was not cleaned, we left at 11:30 am and returned after 8pm. Cleaning carts were in our hall way and they did see us leave. Disappointed it was not done, Surprised that you had to pay for vallet parking, and no general parking was available. Nothing mentioned about that on the web page. "

"you are sleeping in a pod, read the fine print. Feels very unsecure. you'll be lucky to find your room, it's the equivalent to an Escape house. I had to walk around the back and wander around a room under construction to figure out where's my room. This place is a fire hazard for sure!!"
