This hotel is beautiful and the staff are very kind and accommodating. My husband is crippled and has a lot of medical issues. Mario went out of his way to bring our things upstairs to our room, and made sure we were comfortable and satisfied with the location.

Hotel location was clean and safe. Far away from crowded LA downtown, so it was refreshing. Room was spacious and had all the basics. Hotel in general is well kept and parking was easy in the large multi-level garage next to it. Only complaint was that the mini fridge was extremely loud as well as the AC when it kicked on. Other than that it would have been a very quiet stay.

My visit was good. I’ll say my experience was more so based on the person staying next door to me. They were constantly loud. Separately, they had a convention or event the day I was checking out which caused a 10 min wait on the elevators. But other than that, my experience was good overall. My room was clean and cozy. I would definitely stay here again.
