Reception was excellent, lobby was very nice and we can’t say enough about the staff, especially Cindy : ) She went over and above to rectify a tiny issue we had. The beds were super comfy and breakfast was abundant and delicious. The hotel is well situated close to the lake and Old Quarter. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel. We had a smallish room 705, but it was exactly as described and photographed. "

"Great service by the staff, really outstanding. There was one night where a friend and I were at a lost for where to go for dinner and it was running late. One of the staff members helped us quickly call up a place and got us a table! Saved our night, and the food was delicious!"

"Internet and phone connection is pretty spotty, I had to go outside to make calls on my phone, and connection spoed sliw. The rooms are dated sone, I couldnt turn off the lights in my room until I unplugged the control unit and restarted. Worked after a few minutes restarted. Temperature is difficult to regulate but not severe. The GREAT things were staff extremely helpful and really good breakfast everyday. Maid staff turned my room over in 2 minutes! Very good for the price, and the location in old market is really perfect!"
