"The staff was really welcoming and attentive to your needs. We arrived very early and they were able to accommodate an early check in which made our first day so smooth. Their breakfast was phenomenal - so many options to choose from. Again, the staff that was working during those breakfast hours made sure all the guests were taken care of and had what they needed. "our first room on the 12th floor was very small with no view and no storage. we were moved to a larger room on the 1st floor and the rest of our stay was excellent. exercise room is tiny but efficient. didn't know about the scenic elevator until we were leaving. quiet location. decent walk to the underground. not a lot to do in the area but so much to do elsewhere."

"The hotel is new, comfortable, pretty, well-equipped, quiet, and has friendly staff. They had only been open a month when we arrived so we were understanding when our AC didn’t work properly one night. They immediately fixed it the next day and it worked well after that. Staff helped us with suggestions, taxis, and checked us in early. Wonderful stay. Guests will find this hotel a great place to stay!!"
"First, I wanna say my husband will love telling all of his buddies. We stayed above a pub in London.
We so much enjoyed the four young ladies that took care of us and the pub they made suggestions and helped us navigate London. The food was really good and enjoyable. Great prices on pitchers of mixed drinks.
If you stay there, you need to know two things there’s no elevator and no air-conditioning but you have a fan."
"We had such a pleasant stay at The Guardsman Hotel! The front desk lady was awesome. She helped carry our luggage up and even gave us a quick room tour. The maintenance guy was super quick and polite when helping us with the safety box. And the gentleman working in the restaurant was absolutely amazing. So friendly and kind, he really made our experience special.

"The iPad system enabling us to control the lights and the curtains was really cool. Connecting the TV to our phone was also easy to do and very handy - we could really enjoy resting in our room."

"Well situated hotel with multiple metro options within walking distance. Easy walk to Victoria business district for dining, shopping and theater or walk to St. James park, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, etc. Close to tourist destinations but hotel itself is quiet, lively bar and an excellent executive lounge. Friendly and helpful staff - Highly recommend!"
