"The room wasn't clean. Bed had pee spots on it. When we told them about the stains, they told us that's normal. I showed them the pics of the stains at couple of places- they were in shock. Sent someone to clean up the room. Staff was friendly but they saw how much luggage we had. We were so tight ..."
