"Very good American business hotel. Excellent choice if arriving late or leaving early Milan Linate airport. Very good dinner and excellent breakfast. Previous reviews mentioned we might need earplugs. Earplugs were provided in the amenities basket."

"This hotel was clean and acceptable however some of the front desk staff were abrupt and a little off-putting. The restaurant was booked for private events. The restaurant suggested ordering from I’m the pool bar however after waiting for 30 minutes it appeared no one was working in that area so we had to figure something else out. There isn’t any restaurants close by."

The food at the restaurant is expensive for what it is (just average). Without a car it is the only option for dinner. "A great hotel in the north of Milan. It was very easy to go from there to the city center, but also to the MXP airport at our last day. Parking was no problem. The hotel is very well maintained, there are restaurants and shops around. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful! The breakfast was great. We will come back, when we are traveling to Milan next time!"

"The room was alright and had everything you needed. However, with the TV, the channels kept freezing and it was hard to watch anything. Breakfast was average, nothing special. Check-in staff seemed disinterested and were not alert enough for a 4 star hotel. The bar was quite empty and we had to alert reception staff to ask for someone to take our order for another drink. "STAY AWAY from this hotel if you are planning to relax and sleep through the night. We had the worst experience ever. The rooftop bar DJ would not stop all night and no one can do anything about it. The walls transfer noise of people talking and moving as if the party is in the room. We had a 17 hours flight the following day and we couldn't sleep. "The hotel was very central and easy access to the historical sites. It was very clean and well equipped. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was ok, hot food was a bit cold and had been sitting in the hot plates for a while. The rooftop bar was fantastic."

"The rooms are somewhat small and dated. There weren’t any amenities in the room and I had to constantly ask the staff to turn on the AC since they control the temperature of the room. "Leckeres Frühstück, gute Auswahl. Leider lag getragene Unterwäsche auf einem der Stühle, als wir ins Zimmer eingecheckt sind. Im Badezimmer war das Holz des Waschtisches an der Seite, welche zur Duschwand zeigte, schon sehr aufgequollen und sollte ausgetauscht werden.
