"Small but beautiful and clean apartment, 2 blocks from the beach. Check-in is at a completely different address several blocks away, which was unclear in the app, so I had to walk some distance with my bags to find it. The staff were very sweet and they drove me back to the apartment after check in. Check out procedure is also vague, I dropped off the key cards, then emailed to confirm that was all I had to do, but have yet to receive a response. Unclear if the problem is with the Hotels.com...

"DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL. We had a terrifying security experience here. For 3 out of 4 days, we returned to find our room door wide open. What made it worse was that ours was the ONLY door left open on the entire floor; every other room was securely closed. After checking the CCTV on the second day, the front desk confirmed it was housekeeping's fault, yet it happened AGAIN the following day. I couldn’t connect to wifi I couldn’t get the heat to work, thermostat was in Spanish. Body sent me a video but I still couldn’t get it to come on. That being said, host was helpful and responsive.
