"Small but beautiful and clean apartment, 2 blocks from the beach. Check-in is at a completely different address several blocks away, which was unclear in the app, so I had to walk some distance with my bags to find it. The staff were very sweet and they drove me back to the apartment after check in. Check out procedure is also vague, I dropped off the key cards, then emailed to confirm that was all I had to do, but have yet to receive a response. Unclear if the problem is with the Hotels.com...

"The kitchenware have residue and some food still stuck to it. We had to wash everything again to ensure it was clean. Worst part is that there was significant construction, There was no email warning us before we booked/before we arrived, which would have been appreciated. They were not accommodating to this which was disappointing"

"DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL. We had a terrifying security experience here. For 3 out of 4 days, we returned to find our room door wide open. What made it worse was that ours was the ONLY door left open on the entire floor; every other room was securely closed. After checking the CCTV on the second day, the front desk confirmed it was housekeeping's fault, yet it happened AGAIN the following day. Nous avons dû échanger par message pour avoir les codes des chambres par téléphone. La chambre vétuste juste propre, isolation phonique inexistante…. Pour un prix de plus de 110€ la nuit. J’ai été coincé la nuit en allant chercher une bouteille d’eau la clé numérique ne fonctionnait pas bien. Je déconseille cet établissement."
